First, don't really like the name Lulu so have renamed her Sweet Sophie which for some reason, she seems to respond to better than Lulu.

It was really cold last night, a real three dog night and that's exactly what I had. They did leave me just enough room to sleep and I sure didn't get cold. Sassy always starts out on the bed but always ends up on the sofa then comes back early morning to snuggle. Sophie snuggled up to Buddy and that's how they spend the entire night. At one point she was kind of draped across him. So much for me saying my two guys wouldn't accept another dog. I don't understand how Phyllis could keep her for a couple of days and then let her go. She would make a great therapy dog - she hasn't met a person or other dog she doesn't like. My daughter told me that having 3 dogs would be GOOD for me as walking two dogs then walking the third separately would give me much needed exercise. I WILL give her up if I can find her a good home.

Sweet Sophie matches your color scheme! Now all she needs is a red collar!

Yep,... matches the color scheme,... I think you have a dog, I think SHE adopted YOU! Good looking crew.

I love the name Sophie!
An old boss of mine bought a puppy he named Sophie and he always brought her to work. I played with her, trained her, puppy-sat for her while he was in meetings, took her for walks, etc. She and I were inseparable! She was black and white too! But an Australian shephard.
A red color would look great on her, too!
Isn't it amazing how quickly they work their way into your heart?!

What a beautiful 3-dog family you have!
And Sophie is a great name.
How's it setting - being the Mom of 3 now? :D

Let's see... Gets along with the other dogs, even sleeps with one. Matches the decor  , likes to play, instantly fit in all around. Sounds like a perfect match. Karen, you got yourself another dog. YIPEE. Sophie seems to have her forever home. Linda

Lets see - the word "spoiled" comes to mind. The three guys get along like they were raised together. I can take all three outside together but Sophie still needs longer walks to do her business. Tomorrow she goes in to get fixed and all her shots. I broke down and bought two sets of those folding dog pens so they can lay outside without being on a leash. Been thinking about it and finally did it. She's small enough that I can take her in the car with me and she doesn't try to jump out the door every time you open it or keep moving from the front to the back like Sassy does. My only complaint would be that she wants to sleep with her face right in mine or tucked under my chin. Sassy has growled at her a couple of times when Sophie had been licking her face and wouldn't stop. I'm getting more exercise cause I have to walk three but I needed it anyway or so my daughter tells me. I'm to the point that I don't know if I could give her away now even if I found her a wonderful home. She has certainly wormed her way into my heart. Guess there's a reason she has a heart on her side.

She sounds like a great companion. I can only think someone somewhere is really missing her.
My pug likes sleeping like that, but only when I lay on my right side. Weird. When I turn over he comes out from under the covers and then lays on top curled up next to my tummy. AND he will wake me up when HE'S ready to make the switch! Yep, a tad spoiled. :? :)

Doesn't appear anyone is looking for her very hard. I called the pound, the humane society and all the vets to see if anyone was looking. Checked the newspaper for the previous week and for about a week after I found her. This park has a problem with people dumping their dogs here. If I had lost her I would have been posting flyers and driving all over the place. No wonder she seemed so desperate for an owner. At this point they'd have to fight me to get her back.

And I think Sweet Sophie will look so cute between the labs!
My youngest GD wants a dog so badly but her family is way too busy and travels (flies) too much. I told her about Sophie and showed her the pictures of her and she wanted me to have you send her to me right away. She said, "Grammy, can't you keep her here at your house for me?" About broke my heart, but I know I can't care for a second dog right now.

Yeah, I too believe that Sophie has found a new heart and home to call hers! ;)

She is now "Lucky Sophie". ;)
