Jenny, what a bag of mixed emotions. Can't imagine being a parent in that position. What a strong and loving family. Hugs to all of you. carold

Thanks everyone, Larry is feeling the most emotions than the rest of us because he lost Angie and that almost destroyed him to let her die and now Grayson. We have both lost children now and it is harder on him because he had Grayson for 23 yrs. Even though Grayson could not talk to his father , there was a strong bond between them so it is going to take Larry awhile to get over this. Glad he has his girlfriend Shirley with him to comfort him. My Brother had remarried to a gal named Susan after Angie died and Susan was a godsend too taking care of Grayson. They split up several yrs ago though.

Dan and I went to see the movie "Extraordinary Measures" tonight about a working class man who defies conventional wisdom and great odds, risking his family's future to pursure a cure for his children's life threatening disease. It's a tear jerker and reminded me so much about my brother's love and sacrifice for HIS Son and what this man was willing to do to save his Son & daughter and it was a true story.

Larry knew this day would come someday, he'd jump if the phone rang and it was the number of the Nursing home where Grayson stayed. Larry kept him home all his life till he got too big and then it was harder to take care of him and work too so he chose to put him in a nursing home where he could get round the clock care.
So all we need now is time to heal our broken hearts. Thanks for the love & hugs
