I just got home from seeing the movie, Avatar. Wow!! I'm not sure if I'd have enjoyed it quite as much if it hadn't been in 3-D, but is sure didn't feel like a 2 hr movie.

Saw it last week and didn't realize it would not be 3D-you need to check it out to be sure that particular place does 3D. Loved it and think we might want to see it again, but in 3D. carold

Perhaps you misunderstood my post. I did see it in 3-D, but said I don't know if I would have liked it if it had not been.

My daughter went (to the non-3D version) and said she loved it; and then a co-worker said he saw it (in 3-D) and said it was amazing...said there was one scene with flies that made you feel like they were right there in your face and you were trying to swat them away. Daughter wants to go see it again in 3D and I"m thinking once the lines to get in to see it start to die down a little more, I'll go. Maybe this weekend. Who knows. Daughter's bday is on Monday so maybe I'll take her after church on Sunday????? Just a thought. :)
