This was our first view of the Sanctuary. There was nobody official there, so we didn't go in, nobody else was and we tried to do what the natives did.
The sea cave. The tide was in, and also we think this must be the wrong season for Sea Lions, although we didn't know there were seasons. When we were at the Harbor in Ensenada there were none there either, and its supposed to be famous for its Sea Lions.
There were a couple of Lions there, but I can imagine at the right time this cave is just filled with them
The scenery was absolutely spectacular. In America this would all be devolped with million dollar homes.
When we left there we went to El Rosario to Mama Espinoza's for her famous Lobster Burrito's. Luckily we decided to share a plate. There were three of them, well filled with sweet succulant Lobster. I could barely finish my one and a half. It cost 200 pesos for one order, about $16.00. Lobster is never cheap, but this was a treat that we will give ourselves again...and maybe again?
