Christmas Eve Weiner Roast at Holbrook Pond

Postby rvgrammy1953 » Mon Dec 28, 2009 9:46 pm

Had to share photos from our Campers Christmas Eve Weiner Roast here at Holbrook Pond, Ft. Stewart, GA... ;) We had about 20 people as our guests at our campsite for hot dogs, clam chowder, brownies, cookies and marshmallow...along with coffee and hot chocolate. ( also was a BYOB if you wanted an adult beverage.... )

We have a few active duty families in the campground...here are some kids and their Mom having hot chocolate and fun....

He did such a good job on the fire and the lesson on roasting the hot dogs...I just had to reward him....

Merry Christmas from our house to your house...

And a Very Happy New Year!!!

How nice Lori.....looked like you had fun and all enjoyed the feast. A couple of times this summer I served up sour dough scones and they all seemed to enjoy the time.

Looks like a lot of fun. Roasted wieners would taste so good right now.
