does Mexico have places like UHaul? They are hitch experts, but that would sure be
scary to me being in a different country and not knowing where to go. I'm like Soos,

There's no pardoning YOUR ignorance, Mitch! She lost one of the weight distribution bars, completely broke off the chain where it attaches to the bracket on the trailer tongue. Just the chain was hanging.

Well, if you'd bothered paying attention, you'd notice I asked if it was an Equalizer (brand) WD hitch - they don't have chains!!! DUH.

I DID read her post. She said chain AND Equalizer - hence the confusion. Then you had to stick your big nose in and stir up trouble.
