Christmas Day - San Felipe, Baja

Early this morning I walked east while the sun was rising and discovered where all the brown pelicans hang out in the morning. While watching them, saw two large black creatures swimming - could be small whales, but I'm assuming they're dolphins. Very cool. Tomorrow I take the camera.

These are the Sand Dollars I( found on the beach at San Felipe.

You know now you're gonna have to keep going back to try to get a pic of whatever you got a glimpse of in the water. I thought for sure we would get to see a pic with your new friend for Christmas.

I've now found so many of those great sand dollars I"m thinking of offering a bunch in trade to one of the people who paints them and sells them here in town.
