nice pics and commentary - you'll see a lot of half finished places down there. I always wonder what happened? government change? ran out of money? why?
Sounds like a good begining to a good trip. Sure glad to see that you are going to Ensenada with your rigs and not down the east coast. That way is supposed to be kind of rugged. But things change. Enjoy everything.

Oh your pics make me miss Mexico. It is one of my favorite places to go.

I was told the reason so many places remain unfinished is that they arent taxed until the place is finished. I dont know how "finished" it has to be but apparantly it is workin' for them.
