Back Home in the Motor Home!

Postby ali1257 » Fri Dec 11, 2009 10:16 pm

Just a quick note that 4 weeks and 2 days after our motor home fire we are back in the motor home. They still have to fix the speedometer cable and the cruise control (doing that on the 21st of December) but we are back in it.

Ron drove it to Beachwood and stopped and got propane on his way back. Ron said it ran great and the fire smell is gone! We were concerned about whether there would be problems with the levelers (they had to replace all 32' feet of the hoses), but there were none.

Now I can decorate for Christmas! And tomorrow we get Charlie Brown back from our friends, Norm and Kristy, who have so graciously kept him this whole time.

Will write more later.

There's no place like home, there's no place like home, especially when it
has wheels!
