More Visitors and new car

Had a whole flock of redwing blackbirds visit this morning. Haven't seen these guys for years.

Then had a Cardinal come by. He would move from my feeder to the mirror on my neighbor's truck. He's sit on the mirror looking at himself in the window and talk to himself. So cute.

And last but not least my new RED car. I love it and have to say it feels more substantial than the Saturn. Still a 4-door sedan but feels sportier. Now I need a name. Any suggestions? My Rv is Gertrude the Gulfstream and my GPS is Golly Garmin (when I'm not mad at her).

You could call it the Cardinal (after your bird-feeder visitor!). He thinks
he's pretty cute, too!

I love the bird pictures. Saw my first cardinals in Oklahoma earlier this year.

Great looking car.

Really cute car! And red is my favorite color. What do you have to do to her to tow? Same as the Saturn, pull a fuse? No idea on a name, drive her for a while and it'll come to you.

Pretty car, Karen----and, as Sharon says, drive her for a while and a name will happen!

I always liked to do that with my kids (new babies) too, and the hospital would always insist upon a name before I could leave the hospital. I was more than ready to go home, but did NOT want to be forced to choose a name for my son before I had him for a couple of days. I got him and me dressed, and asked the nurse how many days I had to change the name I put on the birth certificate forms---she said 3 days. So I borrowed her pen and wrote in. "Googy Baby Lavigne" She told me I couldn't do that. I said I just did, he's my googy baby, and left! Before my 3 days were up, I went to the town hall and changed his name to his real one. He's 30 now, and his best friends and family still call him Googy!

Hmmm, red car, that's pretty "gutsy," "glitzy," "glamorous," "googy!"

Guess I need another cup of coffee!

When my mother, age 83, bought her bright red car a few years ago, the first thing she bought was red sunglasses with rhinestones!

Love RED cars.....these were mine.....71 Volkswagon bug, 82 Honda Prelude (wish I still had that one), 85 Ford one ton,
and a 90 Chevy step side!

Growing up in central Ca foothills there were huge flocks of redwing black birds, now it's a treat to see a few, wonder where they all went? Thanks for the pics Karen!

Sporty cars look good in red. Cops like them, too - they are stopped more than any other color. Wonder if it's because they are sporty and therefore really are going faster, or if it's just sport car envy? I like the name cardinal because of the bird, but then it's not a G - so how about shortening it to Cardy, then changing to a G - Gardy.

Love the new vehicle and the black birds. No name suggestions yet however.

Cute looking car. Enjoy "her?" No name suggestions either. Drive her around awhile and a name will come to you. Linda
