Love the boondocking place...my kind of campsite...at least in cool weather times.

About the bookstore guy...Sparkle you and Beth have far more spunk than I do, but of course, you already know that. I would never have the guts to get that close or photograph the guy. (Except maybe with a zoom lens from far away!)

Bums are my favorite view a a guy, especially in a nice pair of jeans and a long ponytail... preferably grey. Think Gordon Tootoosis.... If that is an unknown name to you just do an internet search.... OK, I'll stop drooling over Gordon now.....

I haven't read much of Tioga George in a while,..guess I'll mosey on over to his blog and see what's going on. It is amazing how some bloggers are always on the beg for donations. We've got one up here in the Adirondacks like that, too.

The guy will have his picture taken with anyone. In fact, they sell little cards with his bare picture on them in the store. Nice guy, though. Can you tell it gets a little HOT around here in the summertime?

Many of the pics I get on here are cut off on the right---so where is this magic button, Ava, that says "Expand view?"

when I hit the reply button, and the box came up to type my "stuff", down on the
bottom right, below the submit button and below the upload attachment tab,,,,,
down there,
its not on the main page at all, but I didn't even have to push that button, when I
hit submit and the page reloaded with that quarter inch of picture showed up. So
I was satisfied.

And regarding Tioga George...I read his blog fairly regularly. Though he does pretty good with his ad sense income....and I think he has accepted donations, I am not aware of his actively trolling for donations....It wasn't that he was asking for donations because he broke down but because he didn't have cell phone coverage he sent a post out over his internet connection, asking someone to contact help for him -- and I guess he didn't stop to think about asking the Boarder Patrol for assistance. Then again these past few weeks have seemed to hit his positive outlook hard and the negative....everything is falling apart at once and what is the message in it for me...tried to take over briefly.....that can befuddle your thinking I bet. He admits to having his moments.....todays post he seems to have put life back in perspective....with some help from others e-mails. One of the shout out posters mentioned they thought Ms Tioga had over130 miles on her. Face it for a Fleetwood product, even well maintained that is a lot!

I agree he wasn't asking for donations at that time, just for someone to call a mechanic. However he does have a button on his blog that says, HELP MS TIOGA at least I think those are the words.

I got an e-mail from a friend expressing disappointment in my photo with Paul. He said I too should have been naked with strategic cotton balls. I'd need a lot of cotton!

LOL! I've always heard of Paul, but have never seen him. I was in Q last year, and I agree Sparkle. Once is enough. I don't need to go back. It's great for the free and the friends, but that's about it. There are too many other pretty places to stay.
