News Flash - just hear a prominate medical doctor say this. "Eat 1 1/2 ounces of DARK Chocolate every day for two weeks and it will help to lift depression.l" Ingredients in chocolate have this ability. We always knew that didn't we.

Even better - combine that nice, dark, delicious chocolate with a good Merlot. :D :D :D

I read that wine and chocolate keeps you awake at night. I have a lot of trouble getting to sleep some nights.

Shirley, you need to find out just how many bottles of Merlot it takes to pass out. Now there's a good nights sleep!

Two things to try Shirley before we turn you into a lush. One, Melatonin, natural product, no addiction, no after effects. If I tale one, in 15 minutes I can feel it wash over me and I'm gone. The other thing to try...not sure if its called the Pineal Gland, but in the center of your forehead above your eyebrows if you massage there for 1 minute it releases Melatonin? Same effect.

Yeah! well I have had one large glass of Merlot and I don't give a d@$%# if I sleep or not.

 Just kidding but I sure couldn't drink bottles. I just enjoy the rosey glow.

Sparkle, I forgot, what part of my body do I rub?

I consider chocolate a food group. Just think of all the ways to use it. It's no wonder it is positioned at the bottom of the pyramid, being the largest section.   Linda
