If I remember right ...the long hair was originally/possibly for Locks of Love ?...but maybe now with a little research...the hair will be towards the self preservation of the AVA foundation......and paying bills....They say if you don't take care of yourself, you are not able to help anyone else, either! Extra field trips can't cover everything..... Hope your research goes well! :D

Ava, the new "DO" looks great. It looks like a wash and wear type of cut. Just wash, throw on a little styling product, tussle with fingers and you're good to go. The best kind of cut. You won't be brushing the phantom locks much longer. Linda

thank you all for the compliments, I had wanted to cut it last year for Locks of Love
but my dear friend at work wanted me to wait til after she retired. So, she retired
in March and I finally got to it, have wanted it done for a long time!! Long hair is
very hard to wash properly and I could only do it on the weekend when I had all day
for it to dry, didn't use blow dryers as they would damage the hair, eat up lots of
electricity and take up too much space in the cabinet. So washing my hair was a
really big chore for me.
