Every day about this time, the guys, and some women, use the great lawn bowling area in front of my RV for their tournaments (I use that term very loosely.) Mostly it's a fun way to take advantage of the great weather and get some exercise. But, some of them really get into it. I understand that the tournaments really get going after Christmas with sometimes six lanes going. This morning there is only one.
These guys are really having fun. Looks like a cross between bowling, bocce, and pool to me. Oh, they invited me to play. We'll see. With my aim, the balls would end up way out in the dirt field.
