I ordered some pecans from Georgia and while they are good, I wanted those paper shell ones that seem to have a better flavor. Does anyone know where I can order them and what they are called?
I eat pecans everyday I think/hope they are good for you!
PS I think the ones I am thinking of come from the south but please let me know if it's another direction.

GOOGLE: Pecans, San Saba, Texas.... pecan capital of Texas... they have wonderful ones!
