Storage ideas

Postby kelpie » Thu Nov 19, 2009 5:31 pm

A month or so ago we were shaing ideas for storage in our rig and someone mentioned a storage ottoman. I found this one from Lakeside. com. It is only $7.95 and there are three colors to choose from. I ordered the black/brown one and it came today. It folds completely flat when not in use, and is very light weight - making it ideal for RVs. The catalog shows a child sitting on it so it will take some weight. I plan to keep it under the dinette when I'm driving and will keep extra electronic components such as my 'puter speakers, cords, my fan and even my heater, if it will fit.

Just spent about a half hour surfing in the Lakeside website...interesting place...but I couldn't find your ottoman.
My mind works like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.

I had a hard time finding it, too. I think I found it on a 'storage' search...

That looks really useful. Could you please provide the measurements? When I went to the website I couldn't find any. Would be great for all the things you mentioned....
