BTW.....Ernie made a BIG pot of chili tonight....really good.....I added a little Merlot to it...makes it a little better....so dig in girls....also have crackers and french bread with real butter.....eat up!!!!

I got the wine glasses out of the Chalet,... (yep, I carry three real glass wine glasses! ) and got a couple extra camp chairs,... I really will share!

Crisp White is my fave too Lori,... There's a Winter White that is probably the same thing, just change the wrapper for winter sales.

I gotta pull my chair closer to the fire,... it's only about 60° and dropping here,... and we've had days of rain,... I'm chilled to the bone!

Ok, build up that fire Ernie! YeeeeHaw I've been saving this old bottle of homemade Dandelion Wine for years! It's time to crack it open. Hope the heck it aint go bad. Woooo Wheeee get a wiff of that why don'cha! Oh my this was made by my Grandfather. Kicked my butt when I was younger and will probably double kick my butt now that I'm older. hehehehe

Dang I should have waited to eat. Those thingies that Carol brought sure do look licious! Oh goodness I know there aint no room left in my tummy but I just can't resist. YUUUUUUMMMMMMM You've got to give up the recipe to them woman.

Might go easy on the wine tonight tho? I've over slept two mornings now. Ya'll are a baaaad influence on me. Corruptin' me with your wild wicked ways. But then of course I have some white chocolate flavored Irish cream liquor chilling in the fridge. Just the right addition to some evening coffee. Oh yeah.

I swear this is the bestest campfire I have sat at in years and years.

Ya'll are too much! I love this campfire!

Drove for to many miles today so I didn't get to eat any of the chili or have any of the wine or spit any watermelon seeds...however, I just had a nice bowl of nana puddin! home made...by me! Yum...There's more if any one wants some. It's in the fridge...help yourself! No beers for me tonight either, I'm beat! Drove for 8 hours today! That's too dang many! Tomorrow is a short day...only about 5 1/2 hours to go to get to Fort Lauderdale!

Later gals!

Oh, Echo, I made Dandelion Wine once! Ya have to pick one heck of a lot of dandelions!!!!!

Hey you gals, it is up to you to keep wood on the fire for a bit. I got to kick butt and get things finished up here. Target date for heading south is the 20th. Elec. work will be done tomorrow which was sooner than I figured. I'm heading to the basement to start painting the floor. I will finish up there tomorrow after the elec. guys leave. Then it is touch -up stuff, taking some hazardous waste stuff to the dump for them and finishing packing and getting ready to go!! Boy am I ready. How about party when I get home!!!! There is the Nashville bunch, and then Molly to the southeast!!

Bring your rvs and boondock and we will build a real campfire. I tell you one thing though, I sure can't keep up with the virtual drinking around this campfire. One or two wine-coolers and I'm ready for bed!! LOL

BUT.....125 bottles of beer on the walllll.....125 bottles of beer.....we'll take 2 down for Ernie and me.....and leave.....
123 bottles of beer on the wall........here at our "campfire"...... ;) ;)

Take 2 down for Kelly and me, 123 bottles of beer on the wall. Hmmm Kelly's not much of a beer drinker. I'll probably have to finish it for her. And that will do me in for the night. Now she might like some of that wine...... look out.

Hey Echo----it was 123 after Lori and Ernie got theirs so if you and Kelly grab one----that is 121 bottles of beer on the walll

For all you non-drinkers, when I was throwing some logs on the fire I "Found a Peanut; Found a Peanut. Found a Peanut just now. Just now I found a peanut. Found a peanut just now!".............

Just had some choc. cake and some ice cream. Worked hard today---I deserve it.

Okay, that's about all I remember of this ditty..... :? Who's remembers more....

(now, I've got to put the old thinking cap on...searching for the good old "girl scout songs".....or maybe some marching ditties for my basic training days in the Army.....naw....maybe too naughty for here...  ;) )
