Made it to Salt Lake City KOA

Postby ali1257 » Tue Oct 20, 2009 4:58 pm

[color=#BF0080][i]Well, we have finally arrived in Salt Lake City. We are parked at the KOA site 7. If anyone is parked close by we would love to get together.

This morning we took the motor home to the mechanic. After replacing the fuel filter (the previous one had been put in backwards!) and also replacing the rotor we were once again on the road. We are adjusting our itinerary tonight to make up for the 3 nights we were in Wells, NV.

Just wanted to give an update. ]

You're really having a tough time with that rv and with getting repairs done correctly. We're kind of at the repairmen's mercy while on the road, aren't we? Especially, as in my case, we really don't know if they know or not. I feel that way about my new reefer installation Thursday....sure hope they know what they're doing....and don't put it in backwards!

I am so glad you checked in. Glad they found the problem and got it put back together correctly this time. ;) Hopefully the rest of the trip will be a better experience.
