JAN 2010 FL GTG

Ok, the 1st FL GTG of 2010 is official. Whenever 2 or more are gathered, it's a gtg! Mtngal (Diana) and I are already booked. Who else can come?

WHERE: Silver River State Park, Silver Springs, FL http://www.floridastateparks.org/silver ... efault.cfm

WHEN: Jan. 7th - Jan 12, 2010....or any portion thereof that you can come.

I am in Loop SF1, site 10, a pull-through, which I can trade if necessary with someone who needs it if all the pull-throughs get taken. Mtngal is in Site 9. There are several sites available in SF 1&2, which are close together. Cg has Electric & water at site and a dump station.

Later I'll post some ideas of possible things to do.

I'll be at Manatee Springs SP FL until 1/9/10. I'll be at the FL gtg the 9 & 10 as I'll have to pull out on the 11th. Sounds like a good time. I'm booked in site #8 and it's a pull through, thank goodness.

I have figured out that GTGs are addictive. I'm excited.

My situation is still unsettled enough to prevent planning much in advance, but I'm thinking about trying to make it to FL. Never been there in Jan. (usually went in Nov. right before rates went up for the snow birds arrival). And of course would like opportunity to meet more of you great ladies. Will keep you posted if I get it worked out..

Wish I could make it to this GTG, but am busy at home with prior commitments. But at least Carolyn and Diana will be there..lucky them! One of these days Liz, I sure do want to meet you!

Yes, I am going too ! See good thing I was chatting with Paulette or I would have missed this one ! and then I called dear Liz..and yeppers.. we got me in.. now I'm in #20 for now..but.. may have to do a switch er roonie..cause not being able to walk well.. and try to get close
to all of you Sistahs.. we'll see how it goes...

Oh, yep my critters are coming too..asked the Ranger just in case.. So..you'll all get to meet Zeke, Abby, Joe and Reba..

Ok, I know I will never be as good as Mitch...don't know how she does it, but here's how it's shaping up



Site #s 1,17,22,23-26, 30 are still available in Area 1. They are all close. If that area fills up , there are plenty of sites in Area 2.

We'll talk about all the other particulars soon.

Gotta go take my rv for its new refer now!

Well, I had to cancel my reservations.. Sorry gals.. as I spoke with hubby he was kind of worried..perhaps most of all because I
am some what handicapped with my knees being in very bad shape.. Loading in and out and then having to load the critters in and out alot...is hard
for me.. although they are behaved... Zeke is extremely protective of me ..since I've been getting worse... So, although I hate to admit it..Hubby is
right...(sigh) so what I might do is come up and visit with you all for a few hours...this way I can just pull in and park in Liz's spot where I'm sure
everything is going to be held...

Felt rather bad that I would have had to have you all march down where I was when you are all parked so close..I just couldn't get an open spot and
to change places we'd have to pay for that..goodness.. not like we haven't paid for the spots..but hey that's how they run things..whatcha gonna do..

So, I'll get to see you all..and like I said.. ifn' ya get a wild hair and wanna come visit..I'm not that far away either..

Ok.. I'm drying me eyes..and feeling sorry for myself..so guess I have to do something to boost my morale.....mmmmmm bake a cake
