Here's a link to her post over at ORS. I know you are all anxious about Cedar and she's most likely gonna be a bit busy today.

Just goes to show how our lives can change is an instant! PTL she and her friend are ok. Furbabies, too.
Rest up, Cedar. Prayers being said.

To Cedar:

Glad you're OK!!!! Thanks be to God that you are SAFE!!!!

LOVE and sympathies and thankfulness that you're OK. Like you said,,, it's all just wood and plastic. What mattered is all in one piece and OK!

so,, after a bit you're gonna be shopping for a new rig! That will be fun.. after you get settled in and settled down.

love ya!!

Good to hear that you're safe and sound Cedar. Don't give up, you'll forever be sorry. Accidents are scary, but it's like they tell you about motorcycles...There's those that have dropped a bike and those that will. My dad told me that you're gonna have an accident, just when is what you don't know. If you had just wrecked the car would you quit driving??? Just glad that you and the fur babies are ok. Big hug to you.

WOW! Sorry to hear about the mishap and glad you kept it under control and all the living creatures are safe. You don't have to make any decision right now. Think it is all to close. It could be like being bucked off a horse and you need to get right back on, or it could be that you can't camp in the winter anyways, so let some time pass without thinking about it (I mean replacing the camper, not that you won't think about what happened). Again, glad all are just a little bumped and bruised. carold

Hi Everyone,....

Just catching up on posts. Today was a down day,..... down in the recliner! Kath stayed here at my house last night. Today we took turns in the recliner today while the other one sorted through the stuff that got packed up in such a hurry yesterday. Then we both took a nap. I'm feeling a lot better already. Both physically and mentally.

I called my dealer to let him know that my camper wouldn't be there for the appointment,... and as we talked he told me he has another one just like it on order for spring. No promise made but I'm already thinking positive about another rig. It's in my blood,... or i'm an rv addict, not sure which.

I can't thank you ALL enough for your support, love, friendship, prayers..... you are all the absolute BEST!!!

Oh Cedar...what a scary experience! Glad that everyone is okay...although a little shaken and bruised up. The statements about things being able to to replaced are so true. I'm sure you have some doubts about another trailer...but I'll bet by next spring you'll have hitch itch again. RVing is something that you love and a way of life you have been looking forward to living when you retire. Don't kick your dreams to the curb too soon. ;)

Cedar I'm so sorry. I know what that Jack-knifing feels like. You know when you see your rig next to your truck door that it is not a good thing. BUT you survived! Pets are okay! What an experience!

I'm so glad you, Kath and the dogs are ok - and even feeling better by this time today. Psychologically, it will be a little longer - but yep, camping is in your blood - and you'll have all winter to be looking forward to the new one the dealer has ordered - and to your new camping adventures.
