I am having difficulties retrieving PM's and keep getting this message and am wondering if others are also?

I don't know either, but my suggestion would be to empty your inbox (and maybe even your outbox)...give it a clean slate so to speak.

Will someone please tell me how to delete my 'sent' and 'received' mssgs? I check all the boxes and am unsure what to do next. Clicking the 'go' button at the bottom has not deleted them.

At the bottom of the page, you'll see this:

Then, click where it says MARK ALL. Then click the drop down box by "MARK/UNMARK AS IMPORTANT". There will then be an option to DELETE MARKED. Click it. Then hit "GO".

That process will delete the entire page of messages. You'll have to do it all again for the next page.

Hope this helps!

PM seems to be working fine for me,.... no clue unless it's a full mailbox. But then aren't they supposed to delete on the other end when a new one arrives? I'm not well versed in the mechanics of the site, ... just do the clerical work to help Beth out.

any ideas Beth?

It should delete the oldest when new comes in or is written. However, anything can happen - this is cyberspace.

That said - make sure you're logged on when you go into pm's also. And please, let us know if it all helps. Or what helps.

Last night I was logged in and could not retrieve any messages nor access my user control panel at all. Just kept getting that messaage so there was no way to delete any old messages. Tonight when I logged on it showed no new messages even tho there was one from an unnamed idiot, LOL! (couldn't resist) Everything seems back to normal now and yes I have always had it set to delete oldest messages as new ones come in but I may go delete all those old ones any way. I can't help it if I'm just soooo popular, (mostly hate mail from Mitch)!
