Here I am in Carmel Church Va.... we had problems driving as the winds were so bad... 40 to 50mph so had to park on the side ... waited till they died down at 3:30 am we pulled out and got to the Maryland rest area...by 6:30am was a really bad accident so again I just pulled off and we waited till 9am to leave.... Got to Va around 1PM.... did ya ever feel like you were just not gonna get any where... well that's how it went for me.... I'm not feeling that well...still somewhat weak ....but determind....... I can only drive a few hours and I have to stop... but I'll get there.... and then again...no time limit... but I did let Robert now he's gonna learn to drive this rig.... when we get passed Richmond and get on the straight highway.... it will be easy for him, a few hours at least....that will help me.... nothing to fear but fear itself .. right

He'll do ok.... straight highway...no biggy and weather is suppose to be good....(crossing my fingers)....

Critters are enjoyig it .. when I park they are so excited... you can hear me pull in.... Lke "Hello world here we come"

I'll post my next stop ...as I'm connected via my home pc.... love them programs... Robert's computor has nothing on it but buisness ..no fun programs...borning..... LOL so thank goodness for Go to My PC.... woooooooooooo hooooooooooo..

Enjoyed seeing the pictures of the TN GTG love seeing the Sistah's having fun..... Great group of wonderful people

Ok.. all... again thanks for all those that have sent their prayers...cause they sure are needed....

Barbz, hot and humid FL will be waiting for you no matter what day you get here. Remember, you've got everything you need right there. Just one of the perks of traveling with it all. We've been stuck in LOOOONG waits while driving both a car and the MH. Sure don't mind it as much when I have my bathroom and kitchen easily available. carold

Parked at the Flying J in Dillon, SC wow is it warm ..muggy..yes, thank goodness AC is working...and critters are doing ok.... Good thing .. had Crock Pot going from when I left Va...cause boy has the Flying J food changed...it was one of the best places for a long time..but ouch they must have fired their cooks LOL..

So, yes, I drew from the collection of goodies and the aroma while driving had us all hungry...

Really happy that the GTG was a Fantastic Event..always great reading all the good news instead of hearing the depressing News on TV ...Hey, maybe we should teach others lessons by how we can all come together and enjoy each other for who we are...

Plan on meeting Lori at my next stop...Woooo hoooo... can't wait..and then the next day if all goes well I'll connect with Nan...

I've been wiped out by each trip.. and when I pull in...it feels great..even get my favorite parking spots at these Flyiing J's..now that's doing something... but I have noticed not too many pulling in...maybe they haven't come south yet..

Ok.. critter time and my time to lean back and just suck in the ac...
