Here are a few pics I took of Whiteface Mountain tonight before it got dark. It had a lot more snow yesterday, but I was too tired to photo it then! There is still a dusting up there on the highway where you and Pete, drove, Carol! You can see the road in these pics!



First snow on Whiteface Mountain.


That diagonal white line is the highway to the top, covered with a bit of snow!

I've hiked that mountain and I think, rode the ski lift-but only in the summer-and SOOO many years ago. It's going to be in the 90's here with high humidity this week. Thanks Soos, for the cool weather carold

We had our 1st snow flakes of the year yesterday and today with more predicted for tomorrow. We've had our killing freeze so - cold weather is officially here! Our 1st measurable snow usually arrives by Halloween.
