Hump day WEDNESDAY !

good morning everybody,
yep, its hump day, now its downhill to saturday
Woke up to a chilly 63 degrees in the house, got up and turned off the swamp cooler
and threw on a flannel shirt. brrrrrr Its only suppose to get up to 93 today, so it will
feel really nice but tomorrow and the weekend will be back up there into 100. But the
best thing is no humidity and I was able to turn off the ac yesterday and get the swamp
cooler going instead. Will save on the electric for sure.
Just an ordinary day for me, go to work and come home. If anybody has any adventures
today I'll sure enjoy hearing about it. Now, get out there and have some fun and be safe while your doing it enjoy your day.

Morning everyone. I'm here at work trying to fix the pictures that I uploaded last night...I had a post all ready to go and then accidently closed the window. So, I did it all again and then goofed a bit on a couple of the pictures. Hopefully I got it right this time. And Lori sent me a new picture to use for my avatar...so as soon as I can convert it from a jpg to a gif I can use it. Thanks Lori.

I also wanted to let everyone know that Zeee has been under the weather with a bug, and it is wiping her out pretty good so thought maybe all could send uplifting thoughts her way so that she can get better quickly and get ready for her trek to the south coming in a couple of weeks.

Hope everyone has a great day. I brought the tea and we have some cookies and left over birthday cake from one of the guys here in the office...enjoy.

Good Morning All - Well we finally got out of Vegas and are now on our way home - spending the night in a really nice KOA in Beaver, Utah. But it is COLDthis morning. Bill put the heater on. We are at 6000 feet and it makes a difference.
Got a late start yeasterday and then blew one of the back tires (outside duel). Luckily we were in Cedar City so found a tire place easily. But not cheaply.
Not sure what route we are going to take home yet. Or when we'll get there. Time to get moving. Later.....

IT's feeling more like fall every day down here in TexASS! I think it was about 59 when I looked @ the thermometer.

This is more like evening coffee but thought I would post anyway. Drove up the canal this morning to visit with a friend who is terminal with ovarian cancer that was not diagnosed until it was very advanced. I swear the doctors today are no where as good as the old time GPs that took time to listen instead of running out the door after 10 minutes.
She has faught the good fight for 5 years but is now on hospice care at home.

Wickedlady, I am so sorry to hear that about your friend. It's really late at night, but when I read this, just had to let you know how sorry I am. really nice that you went to visit with her. take care and God Bless
