looks like you are having fun :!:
going to send you a pm so look for it if I can figure out how to do it
when you mentioned having smores it reminded me of something our granddaughter had me try
take a senior moment let me think!!!
they are square wrapped and come in flavors starts with a S I think went and found one they didn't use
Take a starburst put it on your marshmellow cooker and heat go ahead try it I did it's yummy seems to intensify the flavor
really it is good give it a try
and let me know what you think

ok, so I can't be at the gtg campfire but I sure can be at this one :D and I've got
some really good stuff to nibble on, there's a bucket of chicken and of course the
mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls and corn on the cob, everybody help yourself.
Since its virtual, it really didn't cost me a thing  I know there's still beer and
if somebody looks really hard you just might find some stronger stuff.
Stir the fire and get out of the smoke  I'm so giddy, think I've had too many
beers already

Hey Ava, I think I'll have a beer with you and a piece of chicken too while I'm at it. Since you reminded me it's virtual I won't worry about having a full tummy!

Hey Ava grab me a Bud Lite while your up if you would. Please??!!! :D

Ahhhhh! I have about froze all day today. The thermometer in the Blazer said 50F this afternoon with a good steady wind blowing. Brrrr And this morning at 5:35am it was down to 30F. BIG BRRRRRRRR! I didn't spend very much time out there this morning with Shade. I don't think she was all that interested in staying out either? She got done doing her business and ran right up on the steps to go back in the house.

Boy that campfire is warm! I'm starting to break a sweat. Whew! Ahhhh it's nice to just sit and relax for a change and do nothing. I sure am glad you girls brought it up tonight. Nothing better than a campfire and friends.

Ok, pass that chicken this way ya'll. I'll get up and get the been this time, it's my turn. :)

ON EDIT: this post was for Vickie, as I assume most of you knew, but Echo's post came in before mine, so I didn't want anyone to think the nasty Smiley was for Echo, whom we love, unlike the true recipient...

hey GIRLS! ! !

how's everyone tonight? I forgot to tell ya'll,,, I am a retired hairdresser! Just in case we ever have a get together and anyone needs a clipping,,, well,, I got ya covered! Have scissors, will travel,,, to your camper anyway.. HA!

I just can't tell ya'll how much I am enjoying this forum. You are all so sweet, helpful and just plain fun! I can just imagine how much so if we ever all got together! Those pics of other gtg's look like such great comaraderie!

Looks like i will NEVER get all these read. Just wish i could figure how to read that index page. Someone tell me, please, what it means when the little circle w/ the lines in it is moving . I think i've figured out that if the circle is red , that indicates a new post, correct? I would appreciate any enlightenment anyone can give me.

thanks loads! and happy trails and dreams of trails..

Good Morning, Janet!

You're right - when there's red, there's a new post(s).
When it's scrolling, it's a very active thread.
A red star indicates you've posted in the thread.
And the little icons that sometimes appear in the lower left side of the circle are chosen when you start your reply.

Someone had asked earlier about marking forum/topics read. Here's where you do that...
The first pic shows where to mark ALL the forums as read.
The second pic shows where to make all the topics in a single forum as read.

hi ya Janet,
when the circle is moving, that means its a hot topic, and if you have posted in
that topic it will show a little red spot in the circle. Black means you've read it,
red means theres new posts in that topic.
Also, the little thing that looks like a book before the subject.... if you click on
that it will take you to the last place you left off in that topic, and the one to the
right of the post, by the name, date etc, if you click on that one, it takes you to
the last post made in that topic.
Now, the index page is like the contents page of a book, like chapter headings,
and within each heading is the topics. Usually when I open my forum page I click
on "view new posts" and then scroll through and read the red ones. :D
