Janet, Beth just got back from a trip into Alaska, and she did the Lulu Bell while
she was there and thats probably how she hooked up with Captain Fred. She has

I'm sure you all know this, but as a reminder - once you're seasick, it's too late to fix it.
Make sure you 'fix' it before heading out in the morning!

Mitch, A strange silvery craft hovered over her rig and beamed her up. The last we heard she was in Florida (personally I think they spat her out)
Shirl, I'm going to get those ginger capsules. I'm going to stock up on everything and never mention motion sickness. My son sent me a video of a car trip, about 200 miles in 7 minutes. I watched 2 minutes of it and began to sway!
Janet, yes, it's one of those things of being at the right place at the right time. Can you imagine how many replies he would get if he advertised it? In fact I haven't joined workampers this year. Wasn't planning to even without this job. I paid the extra (Awesome Applicant) to post my Resume. In 4 years I've had two job offers. One was for housekeeping and one was a job on a Llama farm, sounded interesting until on talking with the woman I realised that I was expected to entertain her through the winter.

I do call it workamping - as I live in my rig and they provide my hookups, etc. That said, I've found all my jobs on my own - even tho I do belong to Workampers. I get ideas there - but when I know where I want to be - I start looking. And I made it a goal while in Alaska to find Sparkle and myself jobs there for next summer. There are other jobs we could do - but when I took the LuLu Belle trip - then took it again! then talked to Cap'n Fred - and just knew this was something I wanted to do - for one summer, maybe more

And to give more info on the alien - she left us - to go visit one of her alien children and soon to be alien grandchildren - and we miss her lots here.

And, yes, I dealt with Cap'n Fred and his wife. So any wiles I might have wanted to use - had to be tossed to the wayside - hahahaha.
