How to change password??

Beth changed my password to one she came up with because I have been having trouble with it. Now I need to know how to change her password to one of my own. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

go into "USER CONTROL PANEL"
click on PROFILE
click on "edit settings"
then scroll down to where it says password and do your stuff.
