What a sweetie! Don't ever try to kiss Sharon's Chewy on his little nose. How do you think he got that name? Chewy thinks he's a pit-bull or maybe when he sees a Mastiff he thinks, there I go! Do you still have your orange cat, Sharon? Can't remember its name.

It was suggested that I post Emma's baby pictures so the newbies could see her when she was a baby.
When I got Emmanuella, she weighed 1#11 Oz. This is a picture of her the day before I got her and it is a picture of her human grandmother (my cousin's wife). Also including pic of Emma when we got her home. The stuffed animals are only 4" tall.

Hope you enjoy her pictures too.

Sparkle honey, you have me confused with someone else. I don't have a cat.

Marslet, she was talking about my cat. She was also making derogatory remarks about my sweet little chi, Chewy. Chewy didn't try to bite her, but she did growl back at her when Sparkle growled at her. Maybe if I had given her a girly name like Emma instead of Chewbaca she wouldn't have an attitude??? LOL! Cat's name is Sam, Sparkle, and yes, I've still got him and he still likes to travel. Or at least he doesn't like to be left home alone, so he tolerates the travel.

OMIGAWD-----I hadn't seen those early pics of Emma! And I thought she was the cutest pup I have ever seen even as a grownup! I truly have never seen such a cute little critter as she is! What is she, and how did you find her, and .......where can I find one like her??? (If it's even possible)
Life is about learning to dance in the rain
Happy travels!

Soose, I had a wonderful poodle named Sugarlump, who we lost in Nov. of 2007. I didn't want another dog because I was grieving too hard for Suggie. After 9 months of grieving, I finally came to the time (with the help of Suggie in a dream) where I wanted another dog. My cousin had chis and I wanted a small dog so I called him to see if he was planning to breed his mama dog. He told me that they were expecting babies in a week. So I was in on the birth, nursing, first eating, first opening of her eyes, etc. When we drove to get her in close to Houston and she came out, I nearly died, she was so TINY. The mama had 5 puppies and Emma was the only Chocolate Chi and the only female in the whole group. He gave her to me. Emma took to traveling right off, no crying or anything on the way home. When we took a potty break, she took her potty break too. It was so cute. She never whined or cried for her mother or brothers.
Sorry, don't know if there are others. We took Emma to puppy training classes (beginning and intermediate) so that she could be socialized properly. My vet told me on a scale of 1-10 Emma was an 11. She is such a loving, snuggle bug and follows her mama everywhere.
Emma is a chocolate chihuahua. Weighs 6 pounds and is 14 months old.
