We've all heard laughter is good for you so here's all the reasons why this forum is good for us. We can all now spend as much time here as we want without guilt cause it's time invested in our health.

Boy, you got that right - this forum is good for us!

I've always heard laughter has amazing properties and I try to keep healthy in that regard. Except sometimes, I get to laughing soooo hard for so long that I am afraid I'll stroke out (seriously), and with my history, that's not a good thing! It's so wonderful when you can find someone to laugh with, to the point of peeing or snorting (I HATE when I snort!), and it's very rarely a man. I think a lot of men have severely underdeveloped senses of humor and take life far too seriously - George leans that way.

Laughter is great medicine and try to take it everyday. I love a good belly laugh, or fit of laughter the has the tears pouring down your face. I also love to hear others laughing, that is a spirit lifter also, Linda

I have laughed and cried, with all of you, also discovered on some days, that my day wasn't as bad as someone else's.
This forum is one of the best things I have done for myself. I have laughed so much at times, that I should live to 100 at least

I see a new business opportunity here------along with my line of Soos's Sweet Soot Sweats, I can see a new line called, Soos's Sweet Spew Sweats!!!

As soon as I have enough time to gather my materials and my camera, I will try to put together a catalog of my new line of clothing!

P.S.------Challenge for the day is to repeat either/both of the above line of clothing 5 times in a row, FAST, without making any mistakes!!!! You might need an outfit from the spew line first!!!!
