Two little things I plan to contribute to the Evening Boo-Fay are:

1) Caesar Salad (gen-you-ine Caesar Salad, with all the required ingredients...)

2) Yummo Garlic Bread

I'm thinking there needs to be a really healthy option...how do you attending ladies feel about vegetables (cooked vegetables)? (hmmmmm...or maybe a raw vegetable tray with dip? Or both???)

Do we plan on a cocktails and hors d' oeuvres pre-dinner hour??? (aka Horses Ovaries - WAY easier to spell...)?
Or just head right into the Boo-Fay?

I am putty in y'alls' hands...never done this before...guide me.

OK, I can see how this is going. Just so you know, I'm not much of a drinker, if fact if I have even one, I need to be within line of sight and crawling distance from Hope. So I guess I'll be the official pictographer. I refuse to be the Adult voice of reason, tho. Someone else will have to do that job.

Crab and Shrimp would be my vote for the Gumbo! Heaven! Let me know what you want me to bring. Salad, dessert, and I make some pretty good cornbread.

Love those omlets, Carolyn, we used to make them all the time at the sand dunes. I would be happy to make some biscuits or muffins to go with them.

Oh yeah, this is turning into being my kind of trip....food, food and more food! I do love to cook and adore eating! In fact, it's my favorite pastime!
