Hi Sheila
Sorry to hear about the test results. The up side is that they have been keeping an eye on his PSAs. I havn't been keeping in touch very well but I do think of you often. You are both in my prayers.

DH had his bone scan and cat scan on Weds...we thought that we would have to wait for a long time for the results but we already have the results....the cancer has not spread....we will have to decide on the treatment and that will be done in Sept after we finish our workamp...we will go to Salt Lake City for those treatments. again thank you for all your well wishes

FYI I just received my latest issue of AARP magazine and there is an extensive write up about this subject. Not sure if they have their mag. online to read or not.

Before I got a chance to say how sorry I was to read of the diagnosis, you posted the results and I can say TERRIFIC instead. Both my BIL and a good friend had the "seed" treatments and are very happy to be cancer free for quite a few years now. When diagnosed, my BIL had himself dead and buried, wanted to pack a last trip in before he couldn't do it anymore, etc. No matter how many of us told him how treatable this particular cancer is, he didn't believe us. However, now he's a new man and raves about the treatments! I'll still say prayers for you guys, though. Don't know if I have any pull, but it can't hurt!
