Shirl's Home

Postby Bethers » Tue Dec 12, 2023 1:25 pm

I'm simply copying text and pictures here:
I sleep in a recliner for health reasons so first two pictures are the combination bedroom /office. My cooking area in the kitchen with water cooler so Shirl and her plants do not drink softened water. Living area still in progress. lol I have had a Christmas tree every year but with all clutter was going to skip this year. But #1 put my tree up with lights and I trimmed, so glad she did. I fixed a new ham and broccoli casserole for dinner last night. I have people to try new recipes, it was a keeper.

Shirl, I love it! I hope getting settled in and having people to share your cooking with helps cheer you up!

That just looks lovely. And your tree is beautiful. I love your new digs. And your recipe sounds very good. I am a big fan of casseroles as I can eat some and then freeze some for later. You look like you are settling in just dandy.

Shirl, it’s lovely and cozy. . And the bonus is, having people you love right there. You will enjoy being able to fix a meal Thty can try and come spring. Enjoy that garden.
