Well, I guess the good thing is that I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary on the national news concerning that area,,,,
like something that could have been instigated by women in RV's :o

You didn't hear about the car that went over the edge of the Canyon? Rangers were told that a car was seen going onver the side of the Canyon at 6.00am. When they investigated they could see tire tracls going round the barricades and over the edge. They rappelled down and found the car and a body. It has been listed as a suicide. However, while Diane and I might be worked to death, we are not yet suicidal. Alien Rox had to go to Alabama to visit and help her sick sister. This pay period I have worked 134 hours! Two days I did two shifts, Reservations from 9.00 to 2.00. Front desk and reservations from 2.00 to 5.00, then front desk from 5.00 to close. About 11.00pm. I still managed to go hiking and found a cave with a sooty roof from the cooking fires and lots of Petroglyphs. I miss you guys!!!!!!

...........Why can't all cool women be independently wealthy so we could do WHAT we want, WHEN we want, WITH WHOM we want???

Oh, I guess that might get boring over time, eh?

Whoooo Hoooo, Sparkle is alive and kickin! :D

I second that Mitch, I wouldn't need to be stinky rich, just enough to buy whatever I wanted. ;)
But I do have enough money to last me the rest of my life,,,, unless I buy something!

Hello!!!!!

For sure as Sparkle has said we are alive and kicking. In my case I'm not kicking high or hard but I am kicking. Only a few small pebbles once in awhile. We have been busy and hard at work. Sparkle more than I. Tho they did add another room to my list. Blech!!!

In the spirit of truth also, I got so sick and tired of coming down to the Lodge in the evening dragging my laptop only to find out that I couldn't get online or that the signal was so crappy that it took about forever to load a text page. I am not even gonna tell you about my language those nights! Tonight is the same deal. The signal is soooooooooo sloooooooooow. I am sitting here reading a book while waiting for a page to load. The internet signal isn't "iffy"........It sucks the big green wienie.
I did manage to read a some of the newest posts. There has been some goings on here!

Cedar!!! Wow, way to go. Awesome cute TT. You are so gonna love the room. I'm jealous!!! :D
Sarah... Will keep you in my extra prayers. I always ask the Powers that be to keep an extra good eye on my Sistahs.
Ava... I hope everything turns out to be good for your daughter. She must have the constitution of a rock to handle that ride with her arm broken like that. I hope that idiot kid got his azz thumped and that he lost the jetski for the rest of the summer!!!! :x
Soos.... I read that your nursing some sore ribs??? That is a bummer as I know how badly buggered up ribs can hurt. No matter WHAT you do them suckers find a way to let you know that they aren't right. Gads I've had cracked ribs a few times and broke a couple once. Oh goodness, never ever want to do that again. It even hurt to go P.

I see we have at least a couple of Newbies!!! Welcome, Welcome, Welcome!! So glad that ya'll found your way here to the bestest forum on the whole web. No where will you find such a great bunch of women.

Ok, I know I've missed a bunch of stuff, news, newbies, birthdays, announcements, etc. etc. etc. and a whole bunch of other stuff too. I am so sorry but know that ya'll are in my heart and thoughts each and every day.

It's time for me to head up home, I have a little puppy girl who hasn't seen Mom much today, have to set up my coffee pot for tomorrow and then get around for bed.

Ladies have yourselves an excellent night!! Love to all of you
