The plumber guy showed up. Turns out my dishwasher is toast. The motor is the problem and will cost a lot to fix. It is old and would be cheaper to replace it. I am not going to spend (and don't have) the money for that. The smaller dishwashers cost more than the standard sized ones. I will disclose that it is not functional and the new owners can do what they want.

Took a nap earlier but am still tired so will be heading to bed shortly.

Laura and Catherine, great to hear from you both! Laura, sounds like you have some fun adventures planned! As hard as you are working, it is good for you to take off and have some fun!
