It’s Saturday

Not sure where my morning went but here it is already afternoon! I had a fairy busy week with this and that. Wednesday our temperature hit 70 but also had a strong wind with it. I took advantage of it and Buddy and I went out to the lake for a walk. Sadly I had to cut it short since the wind was causing Buddy’s eyes to tear more and he seemed a bit uncomfortable. Granted there were lots of new smells and maybe I was projecting how I thought it must feel on his eyes. He turns 6 months in March so hope he’ll be okayed for the surgery. Not excited to put him through it but if it helps I’m all for it. Meanwhile we are working on his manners. We have good days and other days it like he’s completely forgotten anything he was doing the day before! But we keep working on it and hopefully he’ll get it! My “little” dog is now about 50 lbs and all energy!
Irmi, you are buy getting ready for your anniversary party. Sounds like a good time! Beth and Martha, I’m enjoying your posts about your activities. I think I would have enjoyed the boat parade too. Sad they had to cancel it. Barbie, hope this new agent works out. The one thing I wondered about was is it possible to go above them to their boss. I’ve been assuming they’re with an agency and probably have someone over them. Just my thought about it. Sue, so far we haven’t gotten the snow and whatnot you’ve gotten. But not ruling out that it may still happen! I was reminded that we’ll be turning our clocks ahead in a very few weeks. Time has flown by! I picked up my tax papers the first of the week so that’s out of the way for another year. So now it’s time to get out for a walk with the pup. No wind to speak of and we won’t go very far from home and will be more protected than we were at the lake. Have a super weekend and stay safe.

Finally, a warm day! Or at least an almost warm day. High today is supposed to be 69. I dislike the way the weather report starts out at the beginning of the week relatively optimistically with predicted highs for this weekend of 73 degrees. Then the next day, the predicted high is only 71, and 70 the day after that. Reality, of course, is the 69 we are supposed to get today. Right now at 2 pm, it has finally hit the high!! Yea!

So, I have on shorts and am going to go for a long walk around Usery Mtn Campground. I lost my map with good and bad sites marked up, so ended up with a site which is strangely shaped and is substantially higher at the back. I pulled in as far as I could, so that did help.

Hope you get better results from the new agent, Barbie, and I like Othersharon's suggestion that you see who is above the new agent, if you have to.

Wow! Pretty quiet on here today!

I got everything put away this morning (last minute things) and was just leaving for work when a lady from my putters league pulled up on her golf cart wanting to know if I could give her a haircut. I cut it once before and remembered her but couldn't remember her name. I told her I could do it after work around 3pm today. I asked her for her space number. I was in a hurry to get going so I figured I would remember it without writing it down... After work, I couldn't remember the space number, of course and I apparently didn't put her in my contacts on my phone from the last haircut. I decided that she would probably call when I didn't show up on time and I could get her space number then, along with giving an apology. Well, I waited and eventually fell asleep on my bed. Just woke up at 7pm and never did hear from her. I feel really bad because I pride myself on always being punctual and dependable.

I was really hurting by the time I left work at 2pm. Got 2 more days yet. Oh, we finally got floor mats for around our chairs! Yay! About time!

I texted the new agent asking if she was able to get photos taken today. No response... Yes they both work for Coldwell Banker. I have already thought of going to their manager. Will see how things go for a little bit here first. I haven't even met this gal yet or signed any papers for the new listing with her. I will insist on getting together this week with her to get that done. I still need to call my customer and thank him for all the work he did researching the listings, etc, here.

Now that I have had a nice little 3 hour nap, I can go watch a little TV and get some late dinner before going to bed.

that is too bad Barbie about forgetting the space number... she is probably in the same position didn't put your name in her phone either... although I guess if she found you once she could have again... hope you get results with the realtor
it's cold I think cause the humidity is up... saw earlier that it was in the 60's that is so high for us... heck 20 is high if I wasn't lazy I would go find a jacket and put it on...
I actually got done what was on my mental list showers for both of us and a grocery store trip and got out of there under a hundred...
I picked up pizza for supper the frozen kind ... but it was still yummy
