Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Sunday, January 22

Morning everyone. Another cloudy day here at the 45th. Temp is 30° We had some freezing drizzle this morning which slicked up the roads a bit. My deck has ice on it. So I just watched Mass on TV this morning.

Nothing new here will just be doing some staining on my project in the basement and also working on a woodcraft project.

Happy Birthdsy to Peggy and Anne. You are certainly doing yours in style this year Peggy. Enjoy your trip.

Have a nice day everybody.

Good morning Sue and all who follow. Cloudy here also 46/29 just a chilly day out there. I have no major projects to do today. Want to go to the grocery store but decided tomorrow will be a better day as not so crowded. So will just putter around here today. Will repot my other 2 plants today then I will be done with that chore.

Barbie you can eat the taco shell anyway you want. I usually break a piece off as I eat the salad. I have sour cream, guacamole, and salsa with mine so scoop some of that up. I like to buy those little cups of guacamole they are just perfect for one salad bowl. I usually dont eat the whole shell as I am usually getting pretty full LOL

Good Morning everyone. Sun is out now, after a very cold morning walk. I want to thank all who answered my question about Hazel. We worked on it this morning, although there were few dogs out.
I spent the day at my daughters house yesterday. There are always dogs there. The amount varies depending on who is also there. For some reason Hazel does not bark at the dogs in my daughters house.
All my Grandsons and their families are planning a big skiing trip for next weekend, taking all the kids. There taking my daughter along to babysit the few who don’t ski! If I didn’t have so many health problems I would love to go with them. I never skied but I did XC.

Waiting in line for a truck wash at Blue Beacon in Phoenix. Next is a quick stop for a haircut and then to pick up a new groceries. Only going to be at Lake Pleasant for three days but might have an old friend and her husband stop by so might pick up lunch meat and rolls.

Still chilly but sunny. I enjoyed Organ Pipe Cactus National park but it will be nice to have power and TV!

Was fairly busy today at work. Didn't get my lunch until 3pm and we close at 4 on Sundays. I worked with a new gal today. She is nice and seems to be a good cutter.

Tomorrow I have a haircut at 10am. Need to finish up cleaning and do more laundry. mostly blankets that need washing. Also need to get a new house key made for my cat sitter since I gave my spare to the real estate agent. I have 2 or 3 haircuts to do in the evening, as well as get packed. Want to leave early on Tuesday before 8am. The extra haircut money will help with gas, etc.

It is cold at night here. I turn off the heat during the day and turn it on when I get home. I have my robe on now until it warms up some in here.

Thats about it here. Have a good night!

came home fixed a light lunch and then I went to my room and read scriptures and took a nap... then dd #3 called after I finished visiting with her I went out to start scalloped potatoes had them almost ready to put them in the oven when I heard people come in realized that it was my nephew and his family they hoped they got here before I started supper as they brought supper with them lasagna salad and garlic bread... so yummy yes I cooked the scalloped potatoes will reheat them later this week as left over's ... they also brought cake which was funny as I bought one in hopes that daughters would pop in so we eat the one they brought it was a chocolate gluten free cake so rich and so yummy was going to do hot chocolate with these chocolate bombs that my sister sent but still have over load from the cake... it was so sweet of them to do it...
have heard form my kids dd#2 texted this am they had to take a trip down to SLC so son in law could go to the oncologist I don't think they have seen him since his accident so bet they have a lot to visit about... and hopefully the cancer is still gone...
