Merry Christmas everyone. Just me here at home today. I went to my daughter’s last Friday for an early exchanging of gifts then my 3 granddaughters and I joined my daughter wandering around San Francisco sampling various foods and looking at all the lights, decorations and people. Hope you all have a safe holiday.

We had a nice dinner. Such a friendly park. Good food. After dinner there was fun including one of the gentlemen playing a couple songs on his harmonica. The owners draw names of 5 guests to win a gift. I won $50!!! I about fell out of my chair. There was a gift exchange of some who participated. I didn't stay the whole time for that because I didn't participate, but it was one where you could take someone else's gift, etc and everyone was laughing and having fun. I'm stuffed and thought I did a good job of not taking too much.

Donna, good luck with that battery connection. I hope it's an easy fix and you're in and out quickly. Safe travels to your new home area.

I just got home from our Christmas dinner here. Boy did I eat too much! It was SO good tho! It was beef brisket with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots, followed by warm apple pie and ice cream :o . I went back for seconds and now I am unable to move! I sat next to a guy who's parents live here. We had a nice conversation but not someone I would be interested in. His mom was sure trying to play matchmaker tho. It was a very nice evening tho. Lots of work went into it, for almost 300 people attending!

Romeow must have been spending time on the porch while I was gone. His paws are dirty! He is taking a bath now tho.

I think I have some more issues with my car. Will try to get it into the shop tomorrow. I hear a creaking noise when I turn the wheel to the left. I hope it isn't something expensive. I am pretty tapped out right now after the last repair bill. Also seeing something leaking under the car too. I checked the spots on the driveway and it doesn't smell like oil or gas and has no color to it, so not sure what that could be either. :(

Donna, good luck with your move. Drive safe to your new home!

Gonna do some reading tonight and get to bed early.
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Merry Christmas!!!
other than it being Christmas it pretty much was a regular Sunday ... church which was shortened to one hour and was a Christmas program... home fixed a bagel and some fruit for whatever we want to call it... then started to read scriptures when I heard the door open thought for a moment that mom was looking outside but heard a voice so went to see and it was my youngest brother stopped in to see mom... so visited for a bit he felt like I should take mom to the dr tomorrow I'd told mom if she wasn't sounding better by Tues we were going to the dr... she really sounds wheezy so think I will take her to instant care rather than try to get into her normal doctor
I did get a nap in that felt good
our times change for church next week so will be going at 9 instead of 12 you all know that I fight getting up early but I guess I will get used to it...
my #3 dd called didn't hear from the other's but I am sure that there was a good reason or at least I am telling myself that...
my nephew and his family came over for supper they brought it we were suppose to go to their house not sure why the change but it was ok with me...
have seen quite the weather pictures taken in Buffalo... one was a restaurant that was pretty much in cased in ice it was close to Lake Erie saw that the storm left some dead that is so sad...
we had a heat wave today close to 40 at one point... was so nice...
you all have a Merry Christmas

Well, hello! Long time, no see! Welcome back.

Are you moving from Florida? If yes, where are you headed?

Thanks for checking in.
