Sunshine Thursday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Sunshine Thursday

Morning everyone. Sun is up after a chilly damp dsy yesterday. Temp is 29. Supposed to be in the upper 40’s today and warm up over the next few days. Looks like a great weather pattern to finish cleaning up leaves. Will wait for a day or so until things dry out. I think one more pass will take care of my neighbors yard and then I can give their tractor a bath, take out the battery and put it away for them for the winter. Mine has a little work to do yet between my yardand the Sub entrance. But by middle of next week I will probably be storing mine for the winter too.

Sandi , I hope your procedure went well. Judy, glad to hear that your tests came out good. Bath, congrats applying and getting your Social Security check started. Now if you can just get out of where you are. Barbie, the smell of smoke cancome from miles away. We ha e had it all the way out here from the West Coast and even from Canada and sometimes, and it has been pretty strong. Good luck with getting your house ready to go on the market and sold. Have you been checking into RV’s?

Talked with my electrical guy last night and he’s going to come out, maybe in a couple of weeks, after they can get the rest of the generators that they have to install done and are ready to start doing indoor at work. He’s going to redo some wiring in my basement workshop and install a light that I’m getting from my neighbor, so I have better working light down there. Also told me that one of the guys came by when I apparently was not home to check my generator and everything and it is all set for the winter.

Not sure what today is going to bring as of yet. Not going to get into too much of anything. I’m finishing up some of my Thanksgiving display stuff. I put varnish on them yesterday and am touching up some of my Christmas display stuff. I do need to haul out my leaf blower later on and clean the leaves off my deck. The dogs keep tracking them in the house every time they go out.

So I guess I will go and make my bed and get cleaned up and start this day and see where it goes. Have a nice day everyone.

Good morning Sue and the rest of ya when you wake up ha ha. Brrrrr chilly here this morning 38 outside. Lots of medical events for us all this week. Good vibes for Sandi and hope her procedure goes well. Judy got excellent results from her tests. I have a follow up doctor appt this morning. I am feeling well and almost back to normal. I dont see the pulmonologist until Nov 14th so hope I continue feeling this good. I did pass my pulmonary function test, came out as "normal". Beth is still working hard to get on the road. Barbie is still a busy bee getting things cleaned up and organized.

Everyone is pretty busy lately. We are expecting more rain this week which is very welcome. Our fire season is officially over but that doesnt mean we couldnt have another one but with the lower temps and dampness not likely.

Need to have some breakfast and then a shower to get my act together.

Good morning all. This is a busy group this week with lots going on. I have a follow up appointment in a little while to see the kidney specialist. I reviewed the lab results from the other day and all the numbers are pretty much what they have been so hoping for no new surprises. I finally broke down yesterday and called the young fellow that helped me get rid of the leftover leaves from the winter and he said he would let me know when he could come. Sure hope he actually does it. I just get so mad that I can’t do what I used to do! Beth, sure hope you can get out of there soon. And Sandi, hope your test went well. Been thinking about you. Barbie, your plan is moving right along. Hope you find the perfect RV for your needs. Adventure awaits! Gotta get moving here and hit the road so I’m not late for my appointment! Hope you all have a great day today.

Sandi, been thinking of you all day. Hoping the procedure went well. Beth, I sympathize with you. Why do people do things like that. Judy, hooray for the good news on your blood work.
Nothing much going on around here. I am excited about my NH daughter arriving here on Nov 1st for a two week visit.

It was another warm, sunny day here. I finally got my trash burned without setting everything on fire. My Garmin Vivofit wasn't working this morning and I looked all over town for some batteries for it. Guess I will have to order some from Amazon. The last time I looked I couldn't even find them in Lafayette. I hope it just needs new batteries.

I got a good look at the orange and white cat and I'm pretty sure she is pregnant. I am going to put one of the big kennels with a bed in the shed she hangs out in sometimes. Maybe she will have the kittens in there and I can catch her. Just what I need, more cats.

Hope Sandi's procedure went well.

hopefully Sandi all went well today...
and yea for good blood results Judy
it's a chilly day today but tis the season
actually looking back and it was not a productive day ... had good intentions  actually a couple half rows done and a very long chat with a friend that was way late in happening... was going to zoom a funeral today but couldn't figure out the way to do it...maybe I will check and see if they have it as a video later on the web site saw that there were others so will check back...
had spaghetti and meat balls for supper... dumped way too many into the sauce so bagged the left overs dated them and stuck them back into the freezer.... as the sauce was all gone as well and not more plus for a change no left over spaghetti that is a rarity :o
you all have a great day
