my daughter and she made me realize since I had full coverage on my car that I
had tow insurance, so the tow truck brought the car home last night and then today
I called the dealer, its under warranty and obviously not a battery problem. So the
dealer sent the tow truck and they came and got it today, and they just called me
to let me know its an internal transmission problem and needs a new transmission.
(hadn't really noticed any problem other than not as much power lately) Its all
covered under the warranty and I feel SO relieved! They even said the warranty
insurance would pay for a rental but I told them for this week I had my daughters
truck and to save the insurance company the money for the rental. My warranty
on the car was a 2 year warranty, and that would have expired in a few months.
I guess I'm fortunate how things work out to make my transmission fowl now instead
of after the warranty expires.
