My new Toad! I did it!

Well, girls, lookie what I have. Got her this weekend, totally unexpected. I might call her Grey Goose or GG, because I like Grey Goose Vodka and I think it goes with Somewhere, as in it's 5 o'clock SOMEWHERE. What do you think?

GG is a 2006 HHR, towable 4 down with no modifications, just have to add a baseplate and towbar and I'm good to go. It's getting closer and closer. It's a lot like my PT cruiser but I think there is a little more room in the storage area. It's got everything, I can even warm my butt in the winter. LOL



It even passed the Sedona test.


Now it makes me even more antsy to get out there and full time. Of couse I will need to practice towing, hooking up, etc. I'll have to save my $$ to get it tricked out to tow, so that will take a little while. When I called my financial guy and told him I needed $$, you would have thought I was asking my Daddy for $$. What's that all about, heck, it's my dang $$ anyway. LOL

Woohoo, great job. Sometimes things come at you when you least expect them. It's up to us to always have our eyes open for those moments, and it looks like the finding of the Grey Goose was just one of the moments and is bringing you that much closer to your retirement dream.
