Saturday, March 19th

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Saturday, March 19th

Can't believe every one is sleeping in. I even got to bed early last night and managed to sleep in.

I have some "business" type things to do today--taking photos of some of my aunt's stuff, and maybe working on income taxes. Just finished blueberry pancakes and sausage for breakfast. Have a good day, everyone!

Instead of heading to HEB this morning I got online and placed an order to pick up tomorrow morning. I know I saved money this way! I spilled on my bathroom door curtain last night. Don't ask lol. So I took that curtain and the ones on my RV door off today and they're in the wash. It was time, I just forced it. (I wanted to wait until I got to the motel where I don't pay for laundry. Wasn't meant to be. But I will hang them out to dry here.)

If I was leaving today I could be ready in an hour probably. Instead I'm finding projects that are making getting ready take so much longer. That said, like the curtains, these things need to be done. Ty's nails really, really need clipping but he hates it so much that I'm not sure I'll get to that!

wow not many people have posted today... we are either lazy or out doing a lot of fun things... I will hope for a lot of fun things...
it has been a stressful day... took mom out to see my brother was there when the dr was there or one of the many doctors.. it sounds like right now their goal is to get him home and into palliative care... then my niece posted on our family chat that he was really sick and wasn't expected to live more than a few days... I went feeling like it would be the last time I would see him alive... unless we go over in the next few days I believe that will be the case... his bone marrow isn't functioning and quite frankly the blood bank is cutting of his supply... blood is in such a short supply that they have a hard time I guess justifying one person getting as much when in the end he won't survive... however I truly wish the out come would be different... if you are able to donate blood the blood bank really needs it!!!
so my day was not the best to report on two trips to the hospital lunch out and a walmart visit...
however saw some of my family my two great grands had to laugh now I realize that it's warmed up some but when my granddaughter walked in to the house this more in shorts even holey shorts I thought girl it's not that warm... but then I was in flip flops the other day so kept my mouth shut... wish I'd gotten a picture though
Beth are those wide fires any where near where you will be going?
you all have a great day...

Judy, blueberry pancakes were my dad's favorite (he loved anything with blueberries!) and I like them too! Makes me hungry for some!

Beth, the list for last minute tasks is always longer than we think!

Sheila, I am so sorry to read about your brother. :( (((hugs))) Hope you get another visit or two with him.
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
