I just finished binge watching Downton Abbey. Do any of you have a suggestion on another good series to watch on Netflix, Prime or Roko? So far I have binged on Orange is the New Black, Longmire, Friday Night Lights, Bloodline, The Crown, Army Wives, Greenleaf, Virgin River, Sweet Magnolias and a couple of others I can't remember right now.
My mind works like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.

I am not binging but am watching Heartland on Roku. It is just a nice story. Problem is there are 14 seasons and I am only on 4 ha ha

Forgot to list that I watched Bridgerton too. Can't wait for the new season. I'll have to try The Queen's Gambet.

I watched Virgin River and really liked the first two seasons, but I was disappointed with the third. Others I have watched are MAID, High Seas (didn't finish but enjoyed what I did watch) Gracie and Frank, Sweet Magnolias, and currently watching Emily in Paris. I watched Orange is the New Black but had to quit as I found it really disturbing. I watched all on Netflix.

I'm glad you posted this I'm getting some good ideas!

Liking the suggestions! I have watched several of those mentioned, but will check out others. I watched McLeod's Daughters - think I watched 7 of the 8 seasons. Chesapeake Shores has a great cast. When Calls the Heart.

BJ, I agree the 3rd season of Virgin River was a disappointment.

I loved When Calls the Heart. But then when the season got to the point where it was coming out in the spring into the summer, I was busy doing other things and I wasn’t watching TV so I got away from it. It’s gone too far now for me to know what’s going on anymore. Lately I’ve got hooked on Chicago fire and I’ve been watching multi episodes of that while they’re on back to back.

I haven't made it through season 1 on Heartland. It's good, but somehow I haven't been hooked. I watched a lot of Chesapeake Shores but not the last season. I like when these things are on where I can watch all in a row, not trying to watch live, etc Sue, I've been watching Chicago Med also on a local station here that will play it all day one day a week.

If you're ok with reading subtitles, I have found some foreign series that are pretty good on Netflix.

Here are a couple if you're interested (both are Korean, I think)
"Navillera" tells the story of a 70-year-old retired mailman who decides to pursue his life-long dream of learning ballet.
"Dear My Friends" tells about the closenss of friends in their aging years.
Both of these are very sweet - the second one might take a bit getting into before you're hooked but Navillera pulled me in immediately.
