"Today was a difficult day"

This shows up on my FB page fairly often. I read it every time. It's so true. And having this group does the same, so thank you to each and every one of you.

"Today was a Difficult Day," said Pooh.
There was a pause.
"Do you want to talk about it?" asked Piglet.
"No," said Pooh after a bit. "No, I don't think I do."
"That's okay," said Piglet, and he came and sat beside his friend.
"What are you doing?" asked Pooh.
"Nothing, really," said Piglet. "Only, I know what Difficult Days are like. I quite often don't feel like talking about it on my Difficult Days either.
"But goodness," continued Piglet, "Difficult Days are so much easier when you know you've got someone there for you. And I'll always be here for you, Pooh."
And as Pooh sat there, working through in his head his Difficult Day, while the solid, reliable Piglet sat next to him quietly, swinging his little legs...he thought that his best friend had never been more right."

Love that! Sometimes we just need the companionship without having to explain anything or get advice.

Without all my RV friends out there, I would feel really isolated since I don't travel anymore. I love traveling through all of you and even tho we don't meet in person, I feel like I have friends all over the country.

Beth is coming to visit me in East Texas in March. Anyone (dogs included) else who would like to come boondock in my hayfield is more than welcome. If I can't go to a get together, you all can come to me. Not much to do here in the boonies of Leesburg, Texas except sit around a fire and eat and talk. Leesburg consists of a blinking yellow light, Ma's Cafe, a church and a post office.
