Birdie, me too. BFF Edith and I love antique shops. We visited Berlin, Md where Run Away Bride was filmed and had a wonderful day. This was before the pandemic. My sister-in-law was born in Scotland. Her mom was a WWII war bride, who ended up in the Baltimore train station sitting on her suitcase with a one year old child and hoping her in laws would come for her. She was the only girl of seven children and her brothers pitched in to buy her a new coat to come to America. Such wonderful stories. Anyhow I love Scotland because I loved Irene and her Mom. I especially like this blog and the beautiful filming.
