Good morning, everyone.
Where is everyone? Looks like a slow news day on here. . . and that's probably a good thing. Hope all of you are doing well.
Question: Those single ladies on here. . . none of us are getting any younger. . . what kinds of plans (if any) do you have in place for your pets were you to become suddenly incapacitated? What to do, and when to do it? Before, during or after?
Just mulling over the "interesting" vagaries of life this lovely and crisp Saturday morning.
Sun shining, blue skies here. Might top out low-to-mid 70's. Getting ready to go outside to soak up some rays.
I'm enjoying harvesting lettuce from my "tub garden". I figured that I would be able to harvest a few leaves every few days, but have been pleasantly surprised. The lettuce is growing so fast I am able to get a nice-size salad every night for three days in a row. . . followed by a couple days off. . . looks like I will be able to pick some more this evening.
I have never been a "non iceberg" person, but the lettuce I have is a mix of different varieties, and I find I am enjoying it very much. It is a lot more tender than the leaf lettuce I have ever bought in the store.
Thanks.
Anne
