Martha, this is image of friend's house. It is on a little island along a canal. I have not been there. He and his wife are visiting elsewhere so someone else took the photo.

His description: Lots of siding blown off, the 2 central air units outside are no where to be found, roof collapsed partially in my shop, French doors on porch side of house blown in - lots of water damage from blown rain. Pilings may have twisted.

Disappointed my friend won't be coming Wednesday due to the smoke. Hopefully later. Just now got an extension on the air quality alert.

Anita, the link you posted is not actually a link to an image, this is probably why people have commented that they can't "see" the image.

Generally, image links must end in something like .jpg (i.e., 'dot'jpg) or .png ('dot'png) or .gif ('dot'gif). The image link you posted ends in -png ('dash'png). (Although I am not sure that the software running women.rv can "read" png images. Beth would probably know.)

The link you posted, if set up as a url, doesn't bring up an image either - it brings up the website for "slingshot info" that shows a "denied" message on the page, as below (using the "Url" link, above, instead of an "Img" link). Like so:
