We put the men right to work duct-taping my vent hood back on after it blew off and broke in high winds. I’m going to try to get it replaced in Calgary. Miss my Fantastic Fan.

We stayed the next night at Many Glacier cg, a little farther north. Here are all the rigs lined up at a scenic overlook.
Saw many mt. sheep up close and personal, as well as mule deer and ground squirrels.
They obey the road signs too!
Roe wanted to catch a ground squirrel.
Peaches liked the snow in the cg.
Beth treated us to a scrumptious, Texas sized shrimp dinner and we had our first campfire (thanks to Bob who collected the wood and made the fire.)
Then on to Canada’s Waterton Lakes Park. We had a smooth crossing of the border…the women breezed right through. Both of the men’s rigs were boarded. Could have been something Beth said about them maybe having guns? Beth has a picture of all four of us by this sign, but this is the best I can do.
A little hike to a roaring waterfall along the way. This is a video so you can see and hear it too.
A beautiful campsite on the lake, but the ground was covered with sticky/pitchy seeds that dropped off the trees and stuck to your hair, shoes, dog’s feet and fur and got tracked all in your rv.
It was hard to take the dogs for a walk with all these ground squirrels in the cg.
Sheep and deer also roam through the village and the cg. Here we are eating chili dogs that Ron made for us.
Beth and I took a hike to see another waterfall…Bertha Falls. The views all the way were spectacular…snow capped mountains above and blue green waters of the lake below.
One of the good things about that hike was that it was all downhill….on the way back.
In the evening, our new friends Tommy & Olga invited us to tour the rest of the park in their tow vehicle. Only the women went…bet the guys were sorry. We saw many waterfalls.

And the three bears. You’ve been waiting for bears, haven’t you? Here’s the first little grizzly…guess he was Baby Bear.
This one was definitely Papa Bear. We watched him eat and tried to get clear pics for a long time.
And finally…I think this was juvenile bear….laying down in the road to eat.

We are now near Calgary with WiFi for two nights. I’m going into the city Monday to try to get my fan cover replaced. Roe thinks this is dog heaven because there’s an off leash dog area all along the river here. He made lots of new fur friends today.
