yes he is on some joint stuff and think it's because of that that he can get up the stairs... he has dry eye not sure if that has affected his eye sight and that is why he doesn't want to go down the steps or not..
but we will do what we can to make it easier

Sheila, in humans, taking a good omega/fish oil can help dry eye, if it's the oily part of the 3 tear layers that is at issue. Wouldn't hurt to try. I have organic salmon oil in a pump bottle in fridge which I put on my Mandy's food as its supposed to help some with kidney issues. Might research if it will help dogs. I take fish oil for my dry eye issues and it seems to help in my multi pronged approach.
