The Deserter

By Nelson DeMille. I would wish anyone planning on voting for “Bernie” would read this book. Leaves no doubt what happened down in Venezuela. Lots of good dialogue. The two main characters are Army cops going after an Army deserter.
The deserter is hiding in Venezuela. Intreaging story.

"Bernie", eh?

Ya know. . . last time I brought up anything that had the tiniest whiff of "politics" I got pretty fairly stomped on.

Have the rules around here changed when I wasn't paying attention?

Nope, Anne, you're right. If any other politics comes into this, I'll delete the entire thread. Lyn, you know that.

That said, this book is a novel. I like this author. I'd probably like this book. But keep to the novel, not your political leanings.

You are right, I apologize. I do get frustrated by ALL politicians, but, this is not the place to vent! Lyn
