Wednesday, moving right along

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Wednesday, moving right along

Moving right along, Christmas will be here soon. Early release today at work so just a short break to take care of the girls and back we go. Sorry Beth, no Portillos for me. But looking forward to visiting with you in Q. Mornings have been really chillt lately but the days turn pretty nice as the sun warms things up. However, im still waiting for stuff to dry out so i can get some chores done outside. Getting the motorhome cleaned out and restocked for my trip during my spare time and trying to stay with my routine chores of everyday living. Guess it all keeps me out of trouble :-)

Hello Everybody. It’s afternoon here in Florida. Ava, it was nice to read your update.
Barbie, when I buy tires I make sure all four tires are the same date or very close and have the sales person write the dates on the receipt. They are surprised that I know about the dating on tires! Sometimes when tires are on sale they may be a year old all ready. Enjoy today. Peggy

Ava, good to see you posting again! Did you get that hail I read about there?

I am off to work soon here again. Have tomorrow off finally. Lots to do to get caught up on things I have been putting off for too long.

Nothing much else new here. Have a good day!

there are days one wants to say what is next??? went out to go to games and the truck wouldn't start... tried then it wouldn't I suspect the batteries but won't know for sure till I have them tested... friends will be out tomorrow to jump start the truck and will let it run for a long time to charge them up... youngest asked if I am using the truck well yes it goes somewhere daily!!! she said you didn't last summer had other transportation available besides which I don't have as much going on in the summer as I do in the winter. so here's hoping it's the batteries suspect they are the cheaper of lots of stuff that could be wrong.. :o
it is chilly when not in the sun and then it's nice... and of course right now it's not sunny and in the trailer it is a bit cool I ran the buddy got it nice and warm then turned it off but think it's getting to where I need to turn it back on...
then I get a text from ds saying I am going home (she has been either in hospitals or rehab since about Feb can't remember if it was end of Jan or early Feb that she went in) yea but she wants me to come up to help her for a week. had to say it really depends upon what the cost of this repair will be... hate doing that but .. if it wasn't for the fridge needing repaired I could just take it out of savings but not knowing what that will cost I feel like I can't take it out of there... talk about being between and rock and a hard spot...
so went to games I won at Skip Bo but we won't even talk about Mexican train
still no sign of Christmas decoration here... and now I don't know what to do... put it up for possibly a week or less??? seems like every time I block out space something else comes up tomorrow morning the truck needs to be jumped which shouldn't take that long and hopefully I can just let it run and not have to drive it somewhere then the memorial and then to Parker with friend to try out that restaurant. was going to vacuum tomorrow still hope to... then I can put up the tree guess we will see what happens.

Just got home from work. Another busy day. Tips have been good. Got a package of goodies from my old roommate today. Eating the brownies now (I sure hope she didn't add anything "special" to them or I will be high for a week!  ). Also got caramel popcorn. That was nice of her!

Need to get to bed early tonight since I have a lot to get done tomorrow around here. I have a hard time getting up and moving early in the mornings unless I have to be at work early.

Sheila, I hope the problem with your truck is an easy cheap fix!

Have a good night!

Sheila, if your daughter really needs your help, maybe she can help pay for your repair. That seems like a fair trade to me.

In bed after all day grading exams. More to do tomorrow and have to turn in grades by 5 pm. Will just make it even though I have to drive to st Augustine to Anastasia state park

Good thing I do not get seasick as motorhome is really rocking tonight with heavy winds. I don’t have levelers so rig ricks on springs and shocks. Really crazy tonight!!! Even with vent covers, wind is lifting them and banging the shut. Being right on Atlantic Ocean does not help.
